Estimate requests

When you request an estimate, we ask for your name, email address, town or ZIP code, and the service you are interested in. You can also provide a phone number and a message. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information.

Your request is emailed to Landon Roberts at Pro Turf Company so he can respond and discuss your lawn care needs. Replies use the contact details you provide.

How the website processes information

The website is hosted on Vercel. Form requests pass through our website manager’s server using an authenticated Cloudflare connection and are sent through Google email. These services process technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP addresses and request logs.

The delivery system stores hashes and delivery timestamps to prevent spam and duplicate messages. It does not store your form message in its delivery database. Duplicate-check records expire after seven days and rate-limit records after one day, with expired records removed when another request is processed. The email itself remains in the sending and receiving mailboxes for handling your inquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This website currently has no advertising trackers or visitor analytics installed. Hosting and security providers may process technical data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
